Your diet is admirable.

In morning eat fruits, pumpkin seeds. Lunch-start salad, then veggies, nuts &amp; seeds. Do you accompany some sandwiches or rice? meat only eat at dinner.

Talking is easy, but pratice is difficult, I learn slow. I&#039;ll do my best, because I want to get health which money can&#039;t buy.

I think the food prepare by myself is more safe, no preservative.</description>
