The feedback on the Densercise moves has been spectacular. And today, as a Thank You, I’d like to give you a free gift.
But first, let’s go back to Densercise. It seems that many of you are looking for easy and effective moves that target bone growth.
That’s why, with the help of fitness experts and physical therapists, I put together a collection of the 52 moves that are guaranteed to increase your bone density.
I call it: Densercise.
It’s a lot more than just moves. It’s a complete exercise system for your bones.
It clearly walks you through a complete 4 week exercise schedule.
And while the recommended length of exercising for your bone health is 30 minutes a day, thanks to the super-targeted Densercise moves along with the Density Training Method, you only need to practice the moves for 15 minutes a day, and you’ll get the same results. I know you live a busy life, and that cuts your exercise time in half.
So 15 minutes a day, 3 days a week is all you need with Densercise.
So what can you expect with Densercise? Simplicity and variation.
Each day has 3 moves that target different muscles and bones.
Plus every day is different so you never get bored with the same old routine. Now these aren’t just random moves. They’re a variety of weight bearing, resistance, flexibility moves and more, making Densercise the most complete bone exercise system to date.
And also, each move is illustrated and includes instructions so there’s no guess work and you can clearly follow along.
Densercise is THE definitive Bone Exercise system and it has everything in a easy to follow, fun and user-friendly format.
Now the Densercise System will be available to the Save Our Bones community as an exclusive pre-release event on Monday November 21st, at 9:00am Eastern Time.
You’ll get the Densercise Manual, containing all 52 Densercise moves, detailed instructions and illustrations, along with the complete 4 week system, normally valued at $39.95. But as part of the Densercise pre-release event, you’ll have access to everything at a special introductory price, and in digital format, so there are no shipping costs and you can start Densercising right away.
But that’s not all. During the event, I’m including the Densercise Online Video Collection, a $19.95 value, absolutely free. You’ll get instant access to a collection of the 52 Densercise moves demonstrated by me on video to make it even easier for you to get started.
Plus, the first 250 to secure their Densercise System will get a surprise FREE bonus, valued at $14.95. This brand new bonus is geared to help you get results even faster and reveals nutritional shortcuts to maximize your bone building success.
This is a total value of $74.85, and during the Densercise Pre-Release event, you’ll be able to get all this for over 60% off the regular price. You’ll get the Densercise Manual, the Densercise Online Video Collection, plus the Surprise FREE Bonus, all for only $29.95.
And I’m really excited about this. Be one of the first 50 to secure your Densercise System on Monday, November 21st, at 9:00am Eastern Time, and I’ll mail you this Densercise t-shirt as my gift to you. It makes a great workout top. Just make sure that when you place your order you select your size.

I missed out on this promotion at the time it came out. Can I still order it and how? Thanks so much. Is there a phone number I can call?
Thanks, Katherine
Hi Katherine – The Densercise System is still available at the sale price of $29.95. We’re not taking phone orders for Densercise; you can get more info and place an order through this link: http://saveourbones.com/densercise
I sent away months ago for the Densercise when Vivian first introduced it, but to date still haven’t received it. It came with a free gift at that time. Charged it on my Mastercard at the time I ordered it, and the charge did come through. If you could get back to me on this I would very much appreciate it. Thank you.
Amanda Opp
Hi Amanda – Thank you for your order, and we apologize for any confusion. As stated on the order and checkout pages, the Densercise System and the bonus Densercise Eating Guide are delivered digitally; there is no hard copy manual. The manuals are in PDF format, and the Online Video Collection is designed to be viewed online. If you don’t have the download information that was emailed to you right after you ordered, please email Customer Support (support@saveourbones.com), and we’ll be happy to re-send the info.
Hi Vivian, please can you advise me as to what you think about Meridian Tapping? Is it a kind of self-hypnosis? I would really welcome and appreciate your advice please. Regards, June
With the number of people asking for a hard copy, and a DVD of the exercises, it seems you would consider it. I feel the same way, and I’m sure there are many others who just haven’t taken the trouble to write in. They are clear about why they don’t want the electronic version.

I do 400-500-jumping jacks and other exercises on a rebounder which I think is the best execise in the world as it works every cell inyour body.
I usually do about 15 minutes a day and also walk 3 miles a day and do 150 squats every other day.
What do you think about that. I am 64 years young.
I prefer a hard copy book and a DVD of exercises. I’m looking for exercises to help with osteopenia of hip and lower spine. Too much trouble to order the course online, costly printing pages.
I prefer a hard copy book and a DVD of exercises as like some others that have commented too. I AGREE WITH OTHERS THAT I WOULD PREFER A HARD COPY BOOK OR MY OWN DVD THAT I CAN USE ON MY TV. MY COMPUTER IS A SMALL LAPTOP SO IT’S NOT VERY PLEASANT TO FOLLOW VIDEOS WHILE EXERCISING. I ALSO THINK THAT THIS IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND ONE DOES NOT NEED T SHIRTS AS A MOTIVATION TO BUY – BETTER TO JUST LOWER THE PRICE.
I feel the same as Dottie. I would purchase this package if I could get a hard copy of the exercises as I could take the book & exercises with me when I am not at home. So much better as I can make notes in the manual. Please advise if you can supply as a hard copy.
You can click on u-tube under wall push-ups and find the same instructions. There is also a doctor who has had these same excercises on her website. It’s always good to explore the information other people have given (for free) with the same information.
I am joining the many voices who would like a hard copy. My computer is in a small den than is not suitable for exercising. I hate printing out books from the computer. It only takes two sheets to stick together to make printing a nightmare. With the cost of ink and paper (and aggravation) I would sooner spend the money on shipping. I would love to have a book that I can use anywhere as I do not have a laptop.

I hate having to download books and then print them off. I would much prefer to have this in book form and pay the shipping fee. Even better I would much rather have an actual DVD to watch demonstrating all of the exercises. As such, I definitely won’t be ordering Densercise as it’s too much trouble!! Such a shame as this could have been marketed so much more successfully even to those readers not on the Save Our Bones blog, but still searching for exercises suitable for osteopenia, osteoporosis, or low bone density in general. This is such a great exercise idea to target specific areas with exercise, but until it is offered differently I’m certain their are several readers who won’t be purchasing this.
Vivian, I always value your new ideas and advice. Thank you so much for everything you do. I have already started on the densercise and will hopefully keep up and feel the difference.
Thanks & God Bless!
I just had parathyroidectomy which was giving me a false osteoporosis reading. The tumor was leeching calcium from my bones. I’ve been told I can now regenerate my bones without the tumor on the parathyroid gland. I refused traditional medications, love your book and look forward to your exercise program. I need this gentle giant for my fragile bones!
Thanks, Lisa. I may have to have this same procedure, although I haven’t seen the endocrinologist yet. I was referred to the specialist after abnormal parathyroid readings from recent blood work and a low spinal bone density reading one year ago. Any advice you can give regarding the procedure would be most appreciated.
Hi Marina – To make the Densercise program easily and instantly available anywhere in the world, it will be delivered through your computer. The Densercise manual and the free bonus are in digital downloadable format (PDF), and you will be given a password to access the Densercise videos online right after you order.
Hi Mohga – While some of the exercises might be beneficial for your joints, the Densercise program is specifically designed for osteoporosis and osteopenia.
is apple cider good for osteoporosis? November 20, 2011
what is your opinion Vivian on the use of apple cider vinegar as a once a day “tonic” for overall good health and for bone density due to its alkalinity in the body?
Apple cider vinegar is excellent for bone health and health in general, Enners. It aids in digestion and can thus prevent toxic acidic residue from accumulating in the body.
I was recently diagnosed with shingles, which is very painful, I cannot do a lot of activities I used to do, do you know if this will ever go away, I know I can’t exercise right now.
I do better if i can follow someone, like on a dvd. is it possible to get your program on dvd? I do exercise most every day but due to fibro and lyme am somewhat weak so do very gentle stuff (keep working at it) getting stronger. love your website!

Vivian may have some wonderful suggestions to offer. Please also consider meridian tapping. It’s very easy to learn and is often amazingly successful to reduce physical pain. You can search on google for “EFT.” I’m also pasting the URL for one site below. The 90-minute documentary is excellent. There are short videos and excerpts on the site. You can also search for EFT on YouTube. Carol Tuttle, Carol Look, Dr. Pat Carrington, etc. will all have videos on YouTube.com. http://thetappingsolution.com/
Dr. Mercola also uses/recommends EFT. It’s certainly compatible with Vivian’s work.
I certainly enjoyed your first 2 exercises.
I cannot download my “Densercize “7″ new exercises” on my computer. I have Reader (Adobe): but, I cannot see this document!!!! Please help.
There is another pharm company, doing a study of people 45 and older, to see if their medication would help to increase “body mass”…(by asking for subjects to take part of this research). Have you seen this on TV or in the newspapers?
I’m sorry you’re having trouble viewing the PDF file, Nadine. If you send an email to Customer Support (support@saveourbones.com), we’ll be happy to send you a copy of the document.
Hi Anita – at this time, we have no plans to offer the Densercise System as a printed book. The e-book format allows you to get instant access to the system so you can start Densercising right away plus it saves you the shipping and handling fees. You also get instant access to all 52 Densercise moves demonstrated by Vivian on video, so you can watch her on your computer screen on-demand, then do the moves right away.

I’m planning to buy the exercises – somehow I’ll find the money. However, I just fractured my shoulder, so I won’t be able to start doing them right away. I’m 68, female, and have a spinal bone density score of -4.1. Oh yes, I have Multiple Sclerosis also. Naturally, my doctor wants to put me back on an osteoporosis drug – which I want no part of (I’ve been off Fosamax since 2007). Do you think that with your program (which I am trying to follow)and these exercises I can improve my bone density score and get it back to a young adult score (a + score)? As you see I have high hopes and expectations!
All your emails and their contents are very inspirational and very helpfull to say the least. You know more and many and varied medical matters in addition to being bone problem [oteoporosis] expert.
thanking you so much for all your advice and emails
$30.00 for an ebook is expensive compared to other ebook offers I am familiar with especially if you want to print it. It doesnt bother me that you are a business but the problem with American business as we have so dramatically seen recently is that it is not balanced with compassion. As a retired person this is a lot of money where I can go down to the book store and get a real book for half that. I am certainly interested in the excercizes but the price seems to me like gouging. Market price is more in the $10 to $15.00 range. If you do that you will no doubt sell more and be helping more people.
I agree with the fact that this is too expensive. Also, please do not think you need to “give” ?? us all the extras. I do not need to get another shirt to wear for exercising. Charge less for the exercise book, instead.
Hi John and Belva. I understand your concerns, however the Densercise System is a lot more than just an e-book. It’s the first of its kind full body exercise program for your bones. All exercises include illustrations by a professional artist plus it comes with the Densercise Online Video Collection with all 52 moves demonstrated on video. John, whether you order Densercise or not on Monday, Vivian will continue to share a lot of free valuable content with you on this website, as she’s been doing for years.
Linda, you can use this time zone converter. It’s already set for 9:00am ET (in the U.S.), and should automatically show the corresponding time in your locale: Time Zone Converter
Vivian, this is not about exercise. It is about Calcium. Ezorb by name and it got my attention because it is 92% absorbed and I have quit the Zometa
for bones and I am using your teaching now. I would feel better if you would tell me if EZorb is okay and better for my calcium intake.
Paul, Ezorb calcium (aspartate anhydrous), is a combination of a calcium atom and l-aspartic molecules bound by chelation. The makers of ezorb don’t say where they get the calcium molecules from. I suspect they are inorganic, but can’t find out for sure. Ezorb basically is a highly absorbable (which is good) laboratory made calcium in chelated form (w/ l-aspartic molecules). Chelated calcium is an acceptable alternative to organic calcium.
I recently bought E-Zorb and it says right on the bottle that it is an organic compound, I noticed a reduction in pain the day after I started using it
Penash November 17, 2011
Looking forward to release. Wonder if I can buy 2 and have one delivered to me and the other to another address. Hope so.
Penash, you can do this by placing two separate orders (that’s the only way you can enter two shipping addresses). And remember, the Densercise program is digital – the only part of it that will be mailed to you is the t-shirt.
Pat, the Get Motivated report is a PDF file. Just click the “Download Now” link below where it says “7 Savvy Tricks to Get You to Exercise” – when you click the link, the file should open on your computer, but if you don’t have a PDF reader installed, you might have to download a free one by using the link provided.
I had a hip replacement surgery two years ago unrelated to osteoporosis so I am not allowed to jump, hop, or run and I take that advice quite seriously as I do not want to go through that surgery again.
I have been looking for an exercise program designed for increasing bone density and I would like to purchase this; however, I have a problem with inpact exercises like the imaginary jump rope. Can you tell us how many of the exercises in Densercize are non-impact and how many are impact. Thank you.
I have had the same problem for years. Impact causes my bladder to leak, my joints ache, my back hurts, etc. that is why I do water aerobics. However I have a vertrabra fracture (T-7) so I can’t do the “crawl” or put my arms behind my back, too far in the air, etc etc…all this drives me nuts. But I’m just trying to be careful NOT to hurt myself again! Be careful my friend, too. My setbacks have been a big surprise to me,,,,,but I just try and deal with them the best I can.
Yesterday’s imaginary jump rope exercise worried me – I have been told that any move involving jumps or hops was ill advised because of the shock to bones. Densercise sounds great, and I am really wanting to do soething to strengthen my bones, but how safe is it for someone like me who has already had 3 vertebral fractures?
I have the same problem with 3 compression fractures to my back and a bad hip. I am not allowed any jumping or hopping also, so I don’t believe this would be a good routine for me.
That is of concern to me also along, with any extension exercise which puts pressure on the L5 S1 vertebrae because I have a condition called spondylolisthesis where one vertebrae has slipped over the other.
I will therefore only do the exercises Vivianne suggests if they feel right for me, which I am sure is what Vivianne intended. She also did caution to consult a professional personally if in doubt.
Basically always question …. “does this feel right for me” … and if the anwer is no then move on to those you feel comfortable with.
Sorry I don’t mean to preach …. I’ve made mistakes in the past because I didn’t trust my own instincts. Best of luck. Lynda
Lynda thank you for your consideration. Not just of yourself but others. Many of us have already been seriously injured trying to get back in shape. I went Gun-Ho! It’s gotten me in trouble. I’m being VERY careful. I don’t want another setback. I want to be back in shape so bad I can taste it!!!!!!!! But that desire could be my downfall if I’m not careful. HELP!
You’re absolutely right, Lynda! Not every exercise is right for every individual, and you have to use your own judgment. If there’s any doubt at all, and especially if you’ve had surgery, fractures, or any other condition that might affect your ability to exercise, it’s important to get your doctor’s okay before proceeding.
Vivian I used to walk on the eliptical trainer for 30 minutes at level 4, 5 days a week. I had strong arms, glutes and back at that time. After cancer treatment and taking Arimidex and now Aromisin, I can barely walk the treadmill. I am grateful for for the fact that I can do 1 mile in 18 minutes, and no after pains. When I first started back to exercising after treatments I was shocked at how weak I was. I am learning the hard way because Drs. leave us out in the dark so much. They are expecting us to just get weaker and die I guess. Have I got NEWS for them. Thank you for your help with motivation. I’m open to all suggestions. I’m at my daughter’s in Hawaii. (poor me) but when I get home I’m gonna get the info, materials and help I need to get started all over. Jeanette
Vivian Goldschmidt, MA November 19, 2011
Love your attitude, Jeanette! Just start slowly and do what you can – you’ll build up to 30 minutes in no time!
Katie November 17, 2011
Thanks for your comments Lynda. However – one problem I have is that the professionals I consult refuse to commit themselves on this sort of question! And while I realise they can give no absolutely hard and fast guarantees as to what is and is not safe, they leave me completely in the dark.
The purpose of this comment section is to encourage you to interact with the rest of the Save Our Bones Community. Thank you so much for joining the conversation!

Hi Mohga – While some of the exercises might be beneficial for your joints, the Densercise program is specifically designed for osteoporosis and osteopenia.

what is your opinion Vivian on the use of apple cider vinegar as a once a day “tonic” for overall good health and for bone density due to its alkalinity in the body?
November 20, 2011
Apple cider vinegar is excellent for bone health and health in general, Enners. It aids in digestion and can thus prevent toxic acidic residue from accumulating in the body.

I have your book. My husband 64yrs old, was a professional drummer for many years.
Now is suffering suffering with osteo arthritis in his thumb joint closest to the wrist of both hands.
He was on Celebrex for over one year which did help the pain a little.
Now he has stopped because of the side effects of medication.
Nothing is helping and he does not want to live on painkillers.
Can you advise on what to eat and use to give him a better quality of life?
We are in Brisbane Australia so not able to get much American meds.
Thanks for any advice
Love all you do. Fondest regards for Brian.

I wish your husband much relief,
Rebecca

Dear Vivian,
I certainly enjoyed your first 2 exercises.
Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi! Vivian,
I LOVED YOUR VIDEO! Thank You VERY MUCH, For ALL YOU DO!
LOVE, MS. L. (LESLIE)
November 19, 2011
I still prefer a book over a computer any day of the week –keep me posted if you ever decide to put it in print. Thanks..Fran
November 20, 2011
I would rather have a book or a DVD cause I will have to let go of my computer soon.
Also, I would like to know if I can pay with Paypal?
November 18, 2011
I LOVE IT. SIMPLE, AND FEELS LIKE IT IS EFFECTIVE. NAOMI

I would buy this program, but not in e-book format. Let me know if and when I can buy a standard hard copy. thanks!
November 18, 2011
Hi Anita – at this time, we have no plans to offer the Densercise System as a printed book. The e-book format allows you to get instant access to the system so you can start Densercising right away plus it saves you the shipping and handling fees. You also get instant access to all 52 Densercise moves demonstrated by Vivian on video, so you can watch her on your computer screen on-demand, then do the moves right away.
November 18, 2011
all sounds great…but I prefer a book I can hold in my hands and that becomes and old well used friend !

Perhaps Vivian could also load her e-book contents to CreateSpace on Amazon.com for any readers who want the option to order a print-on-demand book.
They would still need to access videos online of course.

I could not download the pdf on Get Motivated. A window came up asking me to tell the sender that there were problems with the file. Sorry.

November 17, 2011

November 18, 2011
I agree with the fact that this is too expensive. Also, please do not think you need to “give” ?? us all the extras. I do not need to get another shirt to wear for exercising. Charge less for the exercise book, instead.
November 18, 2011
Hi John and Belva. I understand your concerns, however the Densercise System is a lot more than just an e-book. It’s the first of its kind full body exercise program for your bones. All exercises include illustrations by a professional artist plus it comes with the Densercise Online Video Collection with all 52 moves demonstrated on video. John, whether you order Densercise or not on Monday, Vivian will continue to share a lot of free valuable content with you on this website, as she’s been doing for years.
November 17, 2011
Can you tell me what time this is GMT?
November 17, 2011
Linda, you can use this time zone converter. It’s already set for 9:00am ET (in the U.S.), and should automatically show the corresponding time in your locale: Time Zone Converter

Vivian, this is not about exercise. It is about Calcium. Ezorb by name and it got my attention because it is 92% absorbed and I have quit the Zometa
for bones and I am using your teaching now. I would feel better if you would tell me if EZorb is okay and better for my calcium intake.
Check it here: http://www.elixirindustry.com/ezorb/index.html
Paul
November 17, 2011
Paul, Ezorb calcium (aspartate anhydrous), is a combination of a calcium atom and l-aspartic molecules bound by chelation. The makers of ezorb don’t say where they get the calcium molecules from. I suspect they are inorganic, but can’t find out for sure. Ezorb basically is a highly absorbable (which is good) laboratory made calcium in chelated form (w/ l-aspartic molecules). Chelated calcium is an acceptable alternative to organic calcium.
November 17, 2011
the info I read about E-Zorb says that it comes from plants
November 20, 2011
I recently bought E-Zorb and it says right on the bottle that it is an organic compound, I noticed a reduction in pain the day after I started using it
November 17, 2011
Looking forward to release. Wonder if I can buy 2 and have one delivered to me and the other to another address. Hope so.
November 17, 2011
Penash, you can do this by placing two separate orders (that’s the only way you can enter two shipping addresses). And remember, the Densercise program is digital – the only part of it that will be mailed to you is the t-shirt.
November 17, 2011
Motivating tips was not a hotlink. Did I click on the wrong thing?
November 17, 2011
Pat, the Get Motivated report is a PDF file. Just click the “Download Now” link below where it says “7 Savvy Tricks to Get You to Exercise” – when you click the link, the file should open on your computer, but if you don’t have a PDF reader installed, you might have to download a free one by using the link provided.
November 17, 2011
I will be one of the first to get the Densercise on Monday 21st.
November 17, 2011
I had a hip replacement surgery two years ago unrelated to osteoporosis so I am not allowed to jump, hop, or run and I take that advice quite seriously as I do not want to go through that surgery again.
November 17, 2011
I have been looking for an exercise program designed for increasing bone density and I would like to purchase this; however, I have a problem with inpact exercises like the imaginary jump rope. Can you tell us how many of the exercises in Densercize are non-impact and how many are impact. Thank you.
November 17, 2011
I have had the same problem for years. Impact causes my bladder to leak, my joints ache, my back hurts, etc. that is why I do water aerobics. However I have a vertrabra fracture (T-7) so I can’t do the “crawl” or put my arms behind my back, too far in the air, etc etc…all this drives me nuts. But I’m just trying to be careful NOT to hurt myself again! Be careful my friend, too. My setbacks have been a big surprise to me,,,,,but I just try and deal with them the best I can.
November 17, 2011
Sadly, this link does not work for me. I have not been able to access the file.
November 17, 2011
Yesterday’s imaginary jump rope exercise worried me – I have been told that any move involving jumps or hops was ill advised because of the shock to bones. Densercise sounds great, and I am really wanting to do soething to strengthen my bones, but how safe is it for someone like me who has already had 3 vertebral fractures?
November 17, 2011
Please check with your doctor, Katie.
November 17, 2011
I have the same problem with 3 compression fractures to my back and a bad hip. I am not allowed any jumping or hopping also, so I don’t believe this would be a good routine for me.
November 17, 2011
Lynda
November 17, 2011
Lynda thank you for your consideration. Not just of yourself but others. Many of us have already been seriously injured trying to get back in shape. I went Gun-Ho! It’s gotten me in trouble. I’m being VERY careful. I don’t want another setback. I want to be back in shape so bad I can taste it!!!!!!!! But that desire could be my downfall if I’m not careful. HELP!
November 17, 2011
You’re absolutely right, Lynda! Not every exercise is right for every individual, and you have to use your own judgment. If there’s any doubt at all, and especially if you’ve had surgery, fractures, or any other condition that might affect your ability to exercise, it’s important to get your doctor’s okay before proceeding.
November 17, 2011
Jeanette
November 19, 2011
Love your attitude, Jeanette! Just start slowly and do what you can – you’ll build up to 30 minutes in no time!
November 17, 2011
Thanks for your comments Lynda. However – one problem I have is that the professionals I consult refuse to commit themselves on this sort of question! And while I realise they can give no absolutely hard and fast guarantees as to what is and is not safe, they leave me completely in the dark.
November 17, 2011
Sounds good I have the reader on my computer
November 17, 2011
Superb , will make me feel young again.
November 17, 2011
Is this available in a hard copy. The PDF did not go through.
November 17, 2011
Wow! it sounds really great.
