We're excited to announce that our first ever Densercise™ Classes have arrived to Los Angeles! Meet your Certified Densercise™ Trainer.

Save Our Bones would like to introduce, Shane Russell, your Certified Densercise™ Trainer.

In addition to his extensive fitness education, Shane has completed the Densercise™ Epidensity Certification Program.

With over 5 years of experience as a fitness specialist, Shane has trained clients of all ages and fitness levels including athletes, actors, and business professionals. He incorporates a wide range of exercise techniques to get results, prevent injuries, and make exercising fun. Shane’s easy going, positive, yet motivating style makes him a perfect fit for our Densercise™ classes.

Our Certified Densercise™ Trainers encourage you to work harder, taking your fitness (whether it’s strength, flexibility, posture, or all three) to the next level. You'll also find it inspiring to be surrounded by dedicated, like-minded Savers. That added element of competition and camaraderie Densercise™ classes offer will help make your goals reality.

Accountability

You live a busy life – and that can get in the way of working out for your bones. Whether it's focusing on a low bone density area or simply maintaining your structual bone health to prevent fracture, Densercise™ classes will ensure you achieve your goals. By committing to classes in advance you are holding yourself accountable for your workouts and your bone health.

Affordability

Personal training can be out of reach for some. Alternatively, group Densercise™ classes allow you to be face to face with a fitness professional, while keeping the costs down. Maximum results, maximum encouragement, and maximum cost effectiveness.

Structure

Your Certified Densercise™ Trainer will guide you through the most effective workout sessions. No longer do you have to plan or keep track of each of your workouts. Your trainer will also ensure that you properly warm up and cool down, raising and lowering the heart rate while loosening your joints and muscles–leaving you to focus on what matters, a positive attitude and stronger bones.

Proper Form

Having a Densercise™ instructor demonstrate the exercises in person helps eliminate any guesswork and uncertainty. Even a video, while helpful, pales in comparison to a live instructor checking to see you're executing each exercise correctly. Densercise™ classes ensure that you are getting the maximum bone building benefits while performing every move safely.

Fun

Densercise™ classes are simply more fun than working out alone. Meet fellow Savers, motivate each other, and forge new friendships. Enjoying yourself makes all the difference when it comes to fitness.
