And best of all it’s yours FREE
(but only if you act now)
Dear friend,
If you’ve been told that you just have to “live with” osteopenia, choke down drugs that risk dangerous side effects, and give up your lifestyle and mobility, they couldn’t be more wrong.
My name is Vivian Goldshmidt and I’ve helped thousands of sufferers with osteopenia naturally increase their bone density without pills, pain, or cost.
… And I’d like to do the same for you.
In fact, for a very limited time I’d like to give you my best selling Natural Bone Building Handbook 100% FREE. No credit card needed.
Get Your FREE Copy of ‘The Natural
Bone Building Handbook’
Free Handbook for a Limited Time Only (a $14.95 value)
In the 58 content-rich pages of the handbook you’ll learn:
- The shocking truth about osteopenia and how you’ve been lied to by the medical establishment.
- That your body is fully equipped to build strong and healthy bones from the inside out.
- The dealer secret that forces doctors to hand out dangerous osteopenia drugs even though you don’t need them (and even though they’re eating your bones alive).
- How you can naturally “feed” your bones and fill in the “holes” in them like pouring pancake batter into a waffle maker.
- And much more.
Just enter your first name and email below and the FREE report will be instantly emailed to you. You’ll also receive free important osteopenia updates from Vivian.
But I personally GUARANTEE that it will fundamentally alter the way you look at osteopenia.

Just found out I have Osteopenia. I’m 66 and can’t have another bone density til dec/2011. In the meantime, I want to check into taking care of this ‘naturally’. The doctor told me to continue taking 12mg calcium w/vitamin D which I’ve been doing since in 40′s.

Try strontium (340 mg) taken with vitamin K. I have one very strong personal positive result and checking the web find studies which show moderate improvement to everyone taking strontium. I don’t want to say lay off the calcium, but everyone takes it and most don’t respond to it.
God bless,

I just found out in February that I have Osteopenia at age 48. My doctor has started me on Evista once daily. I’m not sure about continuing the medication due to the possible side effects which include blood clots and Stroke. I have no family health history, so I’m hoping to get some feedback that might help me out. As of today I have only experienced more hot flashes with the medication. I would rather not take medication if their is a better alternative(s) I’d like to hear them.

I was just told I have osteopenia, borderline. I have an appointment in a couple of weeks with my Doctor to discuss what to do and she will give me pamphlets. Would like to know what I could do without taking any more pills.
Thank you.

I have been given my results to-day and would like some advice from other people so I can judge how to help myself, because I am lactose intolerant and this makes it very hard to get enough calcium.

Joyce,
I have received my results today pertaining to my bone density test. I am lactose intolerant…have been taking Caltrate D for many, many years (wondering why my stomach was bulging out)…just found out a few months ago that I can no longer take this product…it has dairy products in it. I researched this on the internet and I have found that Citracal Calcium + D Plus Bone Density Builder does not contain ANY dairy or lactose. Hopefully, this will help!

Several years ago while having my 1st bone density scan, it was found out that I had “severe osteopenia” of the hips, pelvis and apparently osteoarthritis of one knee. I had no symptoms except for periodic and increasing pain in my knee. I was prescribed Actonel for the osteopenia and took the once-a-week dose most weeks for 2 years, then stopped, then started to take it once more, this time faithfully each week for another 2 1/2 years. When I got my results of my latest bone density scan, it, once again, stated that I had osteopenia – but now it is “very severe”. Please note that I exercise, take walks, take at least 1000 IU Vitamin D3, drink skim milk & eat yogurt daily as well as eat lots of greens. What’s the use of taking the meds if it doesn’t seem to be effective. What is the current info’ on taking the Actonel for osteopenia?
