Underground Handbook Tells You What Your Doctors DON’T Want You To Know About Osteoporosis
And Best Of All It’s yours FREE
(but only if you act now)
Dear friend,
If you’ve been told that you just have to “live with” osteoporosis, choke down drugs that risk dangerous side effects, and give up your lifestyle and mobility, they couldn’t be more wrong.
My name is Vivian Goldshmidt and I’ve helped thousands of sufferers with osteoporosis naturally increase their bone density without pills, pain, or cost.
… And I’d like to do the same for you.
In fact, for a very limited time I’d like to give you my best selling Natural Bone Building Handbook 100% FREE. No credit card needed.
Get Your FREE Copy of ‘The Natural
Bone Building Handbook’
Free Handbook for a Limited Time Only (a $14.95 value)
In the 58 content-rich pages of the handbook you’ll learn:
- The shocking truth about osteoporosis and how you’ve been lied to by the medical establishment.
- That your body is fully equipped to build strong and healthy bones from the inside out.
- The dealer secret that forces doctors to hand out dangerous osteoporosis drugs even though you don’t need them (and even though they’re eating your bones alive).
- How you can naturally “feed” your bones and fill in the “holes” in them like pouring pancake batter into a waffle maker.
- And much more.
Just enter your first name and email below and the FREE report will be instantly emailed to you. You’ll also receive free important osteoporosis updates from Vivian.
But I personally GUARANTEE that it will fundamentally alter the way you look at osteoporosis.

To Belinda & Fon Tjie
I also have osteoporosis and a lot of pain. I exercise take Vit B, D, and some calcium. I eat a lot of green leafy vegetable every day. The best thing each of you can do is follow Vivian’s book The Bone Health Revolution if you are not already. That is including the food ideas she has in the back of the book Good luck!

I was told in 2007(Age 54) that I had osteopina in my hips and osteoprosis in my spine. i was prescribed alendronic acid tablet to take 1 70mg tablet once a week and if I follow the instructions I should be ok. I have taken this medication for the last 3 years with NO problems. I recently had another bone scan and my density has improved in my hips and my spine which I was thrilled about.Although I hope to be off the medication in another couple of years. I eat calcium rich foods and try and go for walks daily.
I hope this information is of some help to you.

Dear Fon Tjie: I resd your letter and I feel sorry that you are in such pain.
I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and have pain all over my body. Nevertheless I am greatful that at least I can walk.
My doctor change my medicine so I have hopes that this time works and my condition improve.
I try to learn as much as I can about my condition and do what it is advised . I walk for 20 minutes a day eventough I dont feel like it. I do excercises with the strech band eventhough it is so painful…
Now I will start doing yoga and I have to find out about acupunncture to mitigate pain
Dont give up…we cant afford we have to win over this…and we will
Warm regards

I have severe osteoporosis (-3.8) for Li-4. Each year it gets worse. My body reacts strongley to calcium supplements ( All my joints stiffen up) I eat KAle, almonds, sardines, with bones, and broccoli. I stay waey from all glutten and dairy becasue I can move my body easier. However I continue to lose bone at an alarming rate. Prior to being dx with seer osteo, I had over 5 yearsof severe digestive issues and terrible bad breath for most of my life. I believe it is all connected.
I was thinking that calcium supplements taken transdermally may help out. I refused Forteo after 6 mos. b/c of breast cancer (DCIS). Actonel reactions ere horrible but i Have to do something. Any ideas?
