My bone density measures -2.6 but it hasn't changed in 2 years. I am not taking any medication. I am almost 64 years old. I run,
do anusara yoga with an excellent instructor,
eat "the rainbow", eggs, etc. Do I need to
take both fish oil And cod liver oil? I eat
blueberries 4 or more days a week, picked and
frozen last summer. I also take a multi and
I'm wondering about calcium. I get the sun
exposure you recommended. Anything else I should do?

Thanks for such a quick delivery of the 'Save Our Bones' programme. It was under a week from the time I ordered it to receiving it in New Zealand. I have already spent hours reading the information.

My daughter and I have received your material
and are reading and studying all that is avilable. I wish it had been more available
when I was startd on the route of all the drugs
thats the cure according to the Doctors. My diagnosis is osetoarthristis and osteoporsis in my back. The years that I have left are ones that I want to enjoy and not be in pain.
Thanks for all the excellent material.

i'm getting confused again. recently i've heard two disturbing references to osteo 1.if you have osteo you should never eat cheese, noted by a rn,phd. 2.one should take a little more,(for lack of the ratio right now)of magnesium than calcium,e,g.500 cal.then take 600 mag. this is the second time i heard about mag.being more important to bones than cal.

Since I'm following your advice as suggested in your book, I would like to know if my bone density has improved. You advised against dexa because I am petite. What method is there for determining bone density? Thanks for your answer!
