I am 57 and have not yet been diagnosed with any bone issues. I am told that my numbers did change slightly but I am still well within the "normal" range. I am using the information shared in the Save Our Bones program to stop any further deterioration.

Thank you so much for putting it out there.

I worked with the Homeless Mentally Ill for 20
years and it was the most demanding yet satisfying position that I held.
I thank God for Souls like yours and will keep
you in prayer.

Vivian:

I am so glad you are out there as a Christian living active faith by helping other in need. In these difficult of times, more of that needs to go around.

If the question is, but how can I help? That's an easy one for me....look around and see who you can help in your area that is a worthy cause. Spread your help around. One of my favorite movies is "Pay It Forward."

Sometimes, it just the simplest thing that you do which doesn't even have to cost you money but your time. Like a listening ear of support to someone going through a difficult time that you know, mailing a letter over to a soldier oversea, a kind positive or self effacing humor to lightened the grocery store clerk day, making that follow up call of unfinished business, helping those in your area to pick themselves back up to keep looking for a job, donating your clothing to Good Will Stores, dropping off needed coats, gloves, hats or school supplies to your local school, ask the school if there is a family or child that you can adopt to give them age appropriate Christmas gifts or food to stock their cupboards, volunteer of your time at your local school, help out a teacher in her classroom with at risk learners, adopting a needy family for Christmas through your church or local Social Service Agencies, donate blood to Red Cross, don't forget the elderly in your area that need support, visit, errands or Meals brought in ...or those that are forgotten in nursing homes. There are all kinds of shelters out there. There are animal shelters that need support and supplies. There are so many ways to help out if your eyes are truly opened to see.

I've been doing just that in my area... I've already adopted two families that can't afford Christmas for their children. I just adopted a racehorse from WWW.New Vocation.com. They are committed to saving good racehorses to reteach & retrain them that they have a purpose of pleasure after the racetracks. Their goal in the end is to hopefully find that permanent home and vocation... while at the same time helping trouble teens at Joint Vocational School who literally ride and take care of the horses in their stalls. I deliberately adopted such a wonderful horse this time of year knowing how hard it is to feed a horse during the winter months. My donation helps to feed a few more horse for the next few months while at the same time I know indirectly that I am helping these agency to help at risk teenagers. There are plenty of animal shelter, zoos, animal rehab places that need your support. There are racing dogs that need homes. There are so many ways to help others out there...just look around you, share your gifts that you have been blessed with by hooking up with reputable agency to help another for their sake. You'll find that joy of truly helping another with no strings attached. Doesn't get much better than that. Kim Mack

Your e-mails are so encouraging. I was told just exactly as you wrote that if I did not do the treatment necessary, I would end up with a broken hip or worse. It is considerably scary.

I do so want to believe in your program. I started taking Fosamax a month ago....one every week and I just do not feel right. I seem to have sleepless nights and I am seems to have more aches and pains throughout my body. I am thinking seriously of discontinuing the Fosamax, but I am supposed to see my Dr. in six months and then what? If things have not improved....? He says my left hip is like a potato chip....hummmm?

I do enjoy all of your comments and please continue to e-mail me. I am a slow joiner, but I was so impressed by your last e-mail and the pictures you sent of Thanksgiving that I am close to making the change.

Thanks Vivian

Dear Vivian,
A big thank you for all you are doing for us and others. I am still reading the book. Thanks for stopping me to go ahead with conventional treatment I was offered. They were going to test a new medicine on me. May God bless you and guide you always.

Hi Barbara,

Just thought I'd try to put your mind at rest a little bit - I to have osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis, I had surgery last March '08 to totally replace my right ankle, and I was absolutely fine! in fact I went for another check-up yesterday, and was told the x-rays are brilliant, and my ankle is so much better to walk on than before, hence a better life for me!
Hope this has helped, I don't know what Vivian would suggest, but I wouldn't hesitate!
Take care

Thank you Vivianfor all the work you do in spreading the truth. I thought I had lost my book however I found the book in my file drawer. I share you e mails with family and friends. A easy way to get the word out, there is another way to build your bones.
Gratefull, Vera
