Proof: Your Bones Are Alive! - Save Our Bones

Mainstream Medicine would have you believe that you're stuck with the bones you have. You're not.

The truth is that bones are active and live tissue that constantly remodel themselves, if they’re given what they need.

And a recent study, which has stunned the medical community, proves just that. A team of researchers, led by Gerard Karsenty, chair of the Department of Genetics at Columbia’s College of Physicians and Surgeons, found that osteocalcin, a hormone released by osteoblasts, regulates glucose metabolism in mice.1 They also noted that osteocalcin deficiency can lead to Type 2 diabetes and obesity.1

The researchers are optimistic that the same will be shown in humans, since osteocalcin is also present in humans.

It gives me great satisfaction when mainstream scientists further confirm what I’ve been saying all along. Because this study is beginning to change the Medical Establishment’s flawed perception of the skeleton. Quoting from Columbia Magazine,

“It (the study) certainly has caused quite a stir,” Graham Williams, an endocrinology expert at Imperial College London, told the Web site Nature News recently. “People think it’s a novel idea, and likely to turn out to be a paradigm shift.”2

The Medical Establishment’s Skeleton in the Closet

Osteoporosis drugs tamper with bone remodeling. That’s not a secret. Big Pharma’s hope is to convince the public, aided by the Medical Establishment, that after a certain age, bones become inert and therefore, they don’t renew themselves. The idea behind this is to make you believe that osteoporosis prescription drugs will do the work that your bones can’t do anymore.

But that’s not so. Fortunately, the truth is beginning to filter through the web of confusion the Medical Establishment has spun around osteoporosis. And as the Save Our Bones community continues to grow by leaps and bounds, it’ll become even harder to continue with the cover-up.

Because thousands have already reversed osteoporosis without taking drugs by following the 100% natural Osteoporosis Reversal Program.

Easy nutritional and lifestyle changes explained in the Program have helped community members rebuild their bones, often when the osteoporosis drugs they’ve taken for years failed to do so. They also feel better than ever, especially if they were victims of the osteoporosis drugs’ side effects.

As you read their Real Life Success Stories, you’ll also notice the they’re in tune with their bone health and general health. Because when the body responds to a natural program, all the doom and gloom is gone. They feel the euphoria of being self-reliant and able to achieve their bone health goals.

And that’s precisely what Mainstream Medicine doesn’t want! They want you to not trust your bones and yourself, when in fact…

Your Bones Are There for You

Not long ago, I’ve written a poem titled “A Friend So Strong”, later produced as a video poem. In it, I go through stages in life, as a reminder that through it all, your bones were there for you.

In a way, “A Friend So Strong” is an ode to your bones; they’ve supported you every step of the way (literally!) and have made it possible for you to do what you’ve done. And now it’s time to look at your future. Toward the end of the poem, I wrote :

“And now, my friend, it’s in your hands,
To give your wondrous bones…
The strength and drive they’ve given you
Throughout your blessed life.”

    Dear Vivian

Your article about fear having a negative effect on bones is very true.

Amazingly God told his people this some 4 thousand years ago, when he said a crushed spirit (anything that takes away our peace and joy) dries up the bones. And other verses that tell us that truth nourishes the bones.

    with regards
    Jan Wood

I agree Whole-Heartily with the comments about 3rd Party Lengthy Ads,etc Very distracting from the Bone Strengthening Program Info, so recommend stopping these OR certainly setting limits, keeping them to minimum amount, so you don’t lose your regular readers/responders!

    • Customer Support

Vivian is happy to get feedback from the community! She always strives to provide as much valuable information as possible. Now that she knows some community members are distracted by third party products, Vivian will most certainly limit those to a bare minimum.

      • Jill

The other way is to clearly state that Vivian will (or may?) benefit from any sales that result from her visitors clicking on other website links. I think that might be a legal requirement anyway.

However I would be interested to read relevant articles/conclusions which result from bona fide, controlled, large studies. There would be no commercial advantage for anyone in these.

    Hi Vivian,

Would taking Whey Prptein Powder be alright for someone who has Osteoporis?

  5. Mary

Vivian – I have followed your programme for two years after being diagnosed with osteoporosis in 2010. ( t score for spine -2.9)
Like you, it was a shock. Having found your website, I defied the doctors and refused to take fosamax. Instead I have changed my diet, worked hard at Pilates, worked with a personal trainer and have tried to keep stress to a minimum.
My t score is now -2.8 …… I know it’s only a small improvement, but I am thrilled. I have just celebrated my 61st birthday and my aim is to be free of osteoporosis by the time I’m 65! I think this is down to you, Vivian and I thank you.
    Mary

I am interested in purchashing a Osteoporosis Reversal Program (Book only) from the scratch and den sale. Do you have any remaining books? Thank you.

  7. Nu Ly

Dear Vivian, I believe all in your program, I am the victim of the drug
and get pain so many years. Now, I feel much better, because first I ignored your ph level, water, lifestyles , since I change my eating habit,
it is very hard time for me, anyway I should do so. The last book is the best one, more detail and clear. Don,t worry, I’ll pay all I get, Customer
centre? I ask my grandson help. Thank you very much. Nu

  8. Ann

Thank you for all the valuable information you give. I look
forward to recipes all the time, adding them to my recipe
    notebook.

One suggestion – please DO offer a DVD of your exercises.
Doing them from a notebook or computer just isn’t the same, and
I’ll never order them if they are just in a notebook or online
    again.
Ever think of getting together with someone like Leslie Sansone
to do a DVD of bone healthy exercices incorporated into
her in-home walks? You two would make a great team!!

Thanks for listening! Ann Marie J.

Hi Vivian, recently while watching the Dr.Oz show he was commenting on different supplements to take for staying young and one of them was Strontium which I asked you about during the conversation with you after joining your program. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the reaso
S you gave me I just rber that NO was your answer. Dr. Oz is doing well with so
E advise he gives to get the public healthier bit…. I really would like him interviewing you about your research and the many success stories you have including me. What gives ??? Loyally, Carmen in California

My wife has osteoporosis and she is on coumadin what can she do to increase her bone density?

      • SUE C.

AS A RESULT OF ATRIAL FIBRILLATION AND 3 HEART OPERATIONS IN THE LAST 4 YEARS I AM ON COURMADIN AND HAVE BEEN FOR THE PAST 7 YEARS. I HAVE HAD NO EPISODES OF OF AF IN OVER ONE YEAR NOW AND CONSIDER MYSELF CURED OF AF BUT AS A PRECAUTION I MUST STILL TAKE COURMADIN. BEFORE TAKING COUMADIN MY BONE DENSITY TEST SAID THAT MY BONES WERE COMPARABLE TO A 27 YEAR OLD. THIS YEAR’ BONE DENSITY TEST (SEVERAL YEARS LATER)SHOWED THAT I HAD OSTEOPOROSIS AT A -3 LEVEL WHICH IS SEVERE. THE CONVENTIONAL DOCTORS YEARS AGO TRIED ALL OF THE BISPHOSONATES WHICH MY BODY REJECTED AFTER A 2 WEEKS TRIAL ON EACH ONE.
FOR MOST OF MY NEEDS NOW I GO TO INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE WHERE THE DOCTORS ARE BOTH TRAINED IN CONVENTIONAL MEDICINE AS WELL AS CLINICAL NUTRIENTS, HERBAL MEDICINE AND HOMEOPATHY. (SCRIPPS HOSPITAL INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE SAN DIEGO) INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE RECOMMENDS A
PHARMACY WHOSE OWNER (JAMES MATTIODA,PHD)IS A PHARMACIST IN THE TRADITIONAL MEDICINE BUT SPECIALIZES IN THE CLINICAL NUTRIENTS,HERBAL MEDICINE AND HOMEOPATHY.
THE NAME OF HIS PHARMACY (SAN DIEGO) IS “ARCANA” (858)755-0288 AND THE WEB ADDRESS IS: JAMES@ARCANAEMPOTHECARY.COM. I GAVE JAMES A LIST OF ALL OF THE PRESCRIPTIONS AND SUPPLEMENTS I WAS TAKING AND ASKED HIM WHICH OF THE SEVERAL RECOMMENDATIONS I WAS GIVEN WOULD BE THE BEST TO TAKE GIVEN THE FACT I WAS ON COUMADIN AND LIKELY WOULD BE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. HE SAID HE WOULD DO THE RESEARCH AND GET BACK WITH ME THE FOLLOWING DAY WHICH HE DID. HIS COMPATIBLE RECOMMENDATION WAS A PRODUCT MADE BY “METAGENICS” CALLED “CALCIUM APATITE 1000” AND I TAKE 3 PILLS PER DAY. AFTER TAKING THIS FOR 2 MONTHS AND HAVING A URINE TEST TO DETERMINE EFFECT ON BONE LOSS, I RETURNED TO THE DOCTOR AND THE BONE LOSS HAD REVERSED ITSELF DRAMATICALLY.
I ASKED THE DOCTOR SHOULD I CUT BACK ON THIS “CALCIUM APETITE 1000″ AS THERE HAD BEEN SUCH A MARKED IMPROVEMENT. HE SAID,”NO, AS IT HAD LONG LASTING AND FAR REACHING ADVANTAGAGES”. WHEN I STARTED ON THE COUMADIN NO ONE TOLD ME THAT IT IS WHAT WEAKENS YOUR BONES. I AM 79 YEARS OLD. I AM ALSO DIABETIC 2 BUT THAT IS UNDER CONTROL WITH METFORMIN.

VERY GOOD Article! But PLEASE NO MORE 3rd Parties! AND I THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

We appreciate and listen to the community’s feedback. Vivian will certainly listen to all of you, and will continue to focus on valuable osteoporosis information.

Advertisement and marketing is what powers the world. Just do like the cows do,chew what you need and spit out the rest. Lets remember having patience is a good thing, so you want miss out on important info. that’s being shared (smile).

Have a healthy and prosperous day!

  14. Kay

I have just had my third bone scan here in France and the surgeon is not pleased with me, even though, in more than 3 years since the last scan not only has my T score NOT deteriorated, it has ACTUALLY SLIGHTLY IMPROVED! For the last 5 and a half years, I have been refusing to start a treatment of FOSOMAX or something similar. Instead my own doctor has prescribed Estrogen gel and natural progesterone. I try to keep active, even though I have arthritis in knees etc. I do Tai Chi and aquagym and other forms of exercice.
2 months ago, I bought the Save Our Bones program and and am seriously trying to follow its recommendations, particularly by starting the day with lemon and warm water. With this recent control of bone density as a measure, I would now like to gradually reduce and subsequently eliminate the estrogen and progesterone. Can you advise me, please? Is this a good way to proceed? Obviously I am nervous about stopping the HRT and/or continuing it.
As I left the specialist, I said to him: At least I am not ill! He was sceptical but managed a smile.

  15. Elizabeth Stoddard

I notice that spelt is on both the alkalizing and acidifying sides. Can you explain?

  16. Jean

Interesting that people, though they appreciate Vivian’s suggestions, are a bit fed up w/third party advertising as I am. Wouldn’t be so bad if these advertisers promoted things available in normal stores, instead of only on the internet. I’d like to try the Slimtevia, but I’m not about to start something that won’t quit and requires a charge card on the web. No thanks! I get my stevia at a local food store, thank you.

    • Jo

      Totally agree!

  17. Christine

Doesn’t take a minute to delete all the junk mail and if this can’t be done ignore it .

  18. arlene bragaglia

I do appreciate the info from Vivian however I MUST SAY that these third party e-mails are messing up my computer as well, and at the very least are SO annoying!!

    • Lori Angel

I totally agree- I appreciate receiving Vivian’s information, but I’m surprised that she would agree to carry these infomercials. Maybe it helps pay expenses, but we are here becuz we feel that Vivian has something valid to share and not becuz we want to listen to long, drawn out self-promoting ads.

      • Jenni

Here’s a simple solution: don’t click on the ads! As for me, I’ll continue to follow Vivian and her info.

  19. JJM

I agree with the above comments. I made the mistake of signing up for what I thought was a free program. I felt safe because it was advertised on Vivian’s website. Turns out it was not free at all. Apparently I missed something in the loooong presentation. I was charged $20 per month. I did not realize it immediately as I was distracted by dealing with aging parents. When I did & called the third party vendor, they were rude & unsympathetic, placing sll the blame on me. I agree that I should have paid closer attention, but they too could have done more to make it clear that there was a monthly fee associated with their advertised promotional program. It seems deceptive to hide that info deep within a presentation.
I too wrote to Vivian without a response.
I value what she publishes but think that the behavior of a third pasrty vendor like this, unnecessariliy harms her credibility.

  20. Ray

    Hi Vivian,

Part of my cartilage on my right foot has worn away and causing me to limp as it is bone on bone pain.
I have purchased your book which is really great.

I have seen a Srgn who informs me that they could fuse that bone and as a result would not have pain and would be walking correctly after two months & having to use crutches.

I have my doubts about such a procedure and would prefer to work with the body, by trying to promote natural cartilage regeneration,

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

    Ray

  21. Feona

Vivian, it appears that this research by Karsenty has been part-sponsored by Sanofi-Aventis, a pharmaceuticals firm. maybe we should just bear this in mind!

  22. Annie

    Hello Vivian,

Are you sending out emails about “Slimtevia”? And other types of advertising?
As its your Logo , email address etc.
These types of emails sometimes mess up my computer, besides being Cheesy!

I send you back another email about this, but your never replyed!!

Please let me and everyone know if these types of emails come from you?
    Thank you,
    Annie

    • Kay Ellen

I love Viviens news, tips and so much more but am becoming disenchanted with all the advertising from other sources which is obviously encouraged.

      • Jenni

you seem so ungrateful. Look around this website for all the free information Vivian gives out.. it makes sense that there will be some advertisement. if you don’t like it ignore it.

      • Jmm

I agree, the advertising is getting to be a bit much.

        • Linda

As with all things, you have to take the good with the bad, in Vivian’s case it is all the recommendations, aka. junk mail in my opinion as they always require lots of cash. Tomorrow this thread will be gone too, as the staff will moderate this out of her website. It does no good to complain, trust me, I have tried.

On the flipside, this article is good news, thanks Vivian!
