Drinking Prescription Drugs - Save Our Bones

It’s really, really sad.

The Associated Press revealed in August of 2008 that the drinking water of at least 41 million people in the United States is contaminated with pharmaceutical drugs.

41 million people are drinking drugs and don’t even know it.

But That’s Not All They’re Drinking

With harmful chemicals like fluoride, chlorine, aluminum and more regularly found in water (even added on purpose for “safety”), you have to be smart about what you put in your body.

What Does Water Have to do With the Health of Your Bones?

Everything.

Many studies, particularly in the 80’s and 90’s, were conducted to observe if fluoridation increases the risk of fractures. Indeed, the vast majority showed a relationship between fluoridation and an increase in bone fractures, especially hip fractures.

Now there’s more alarming aspects to water and in the Osteoporosis Reversal Program, I direct you to some of them.

In fact, I created an entire special report about water called the Osteoporosis Hydration Protocol.

Unfortunately, the Report Isn’t For Sale

Instead, it’s free to everyone who orders the full Osteoporosis Reversal Program.

The fact is, health doesn’t come from just taking a pill. It comes from understanding the many things that contribute to good health. And water is a huge thing that is often overlooked.

Order the program today and you’ll get the full water report →

For now, for some fascinating information on hydration and your bone health, be sure to read my article titled, “Are You Dehydrated? The Crucial Link Between Dehydration And Osteoporosis”.

    Hi Vivian

Thank you for all the helpful information. I would like to buy your programme but the hard copies. I live in Australia. Is this possible?

    Thanks and regards

Just because my comment didn’t suit you did not publish it Pity

  5. Barbara Petrizzo

Is well water ok to drink in place of distilled water?
I’ve bought the distilled water and drink that but every once in a while
its easier just to turn on my faucet to swallow water with pills.

    • Vivian Goldschmidt, MA

      Hi Barbara,

Drinking more than one type of water is a healthful choice, Barbara. Well water is not artificially treated with chlorine, fluoride, and other additives like municipal tap water, so drinking mostly distilled and some well water is a bone-healthy choice.

  6. Teresa Stringfellow

I have been doing everything wrong!!

  7. Bb

Like Norman, I, too, was not happy that I couldn’t get the article. Living on a pension doesn’t always afford me the benefits that many others have.

  8. Norman Gee

I was disappointed to read that to learn about water I have to buy your complete programme.
We have Save Your Bones Menu book, the rest was too expensive.Pensions will only so much.

    • Vivian Sanderson

I quite agree with Norman one makes a big effort to buy Save our bones and the next thing is that to fin out anything of any interest you have to fork out more money from a very care full pension. Pity but one just has to do without the information and so be it
Now one has to be rich to be healthy It is so ironic

So much to take in. Just what is the best WATER to drink?

  10. kristine Marquier Varzal

    Dear Vivian,
Thankyou so much for aiding the woman out there that are proactive in their bone loss issues. I love your program and am following your protocol every day. My doctor did frighten me in stating I better get serious by accepting the Prolia injection every six months. I refused to do it and she got a little curt about it. So, I started your very helpful hip exercise,ie the heel/toe ones to build up my femoral neck of the L. hip bone. And, I am doing everything I know possible to avoid dangerous bone building drugs that the pharmaceutical companies
teach the doctors. Thankyou so much for all of your continued research. I am so happy to follow your recommendations.

Oh no so the PROLIA shot is bad to ?
I refused all other medication and thought this one was going to be safe for me.
I have done one shot and my six months are about up for another ! What now ?

    • Vivian Goldschmidt, MA

      Hi Kristine,
You stood your ground and stuck to your beliefs about osteoporosis drugs. Good for you!

  11. Sheena

Mercola wrote an article on distiller water. You might want to rethink drinking this. Reverse osmosis water is far better for you. Also, I understand water that is filtered through charcoal (Brita for example) is okay.

  12. Kapil

Now I’m working with BIGVISION water tech Pvt ltd. It’s really good product of water filter.

  13. Kapil

Now a days RO water is the best for our health. How we can drink distilled water? It’s don’t have anything means no mineral, iron calcium and all. But now we can maintain the TDS of water and also add above all in the water..

  14. Margaret

Vivian, thank you so much for your Emails, I really enjoy them. I use a waterwise machine to destill my drinking water and enjoy it, thanks for the info on using lemon juice. Will try it. Margaret

  15. Toni

Vivian, I haven’t purchased the plan but have been trying to grasp all the information from your emails. I have given up sodas all together and have been drinking distilled water plain and mixed with lemon. Are you saying that we can drink the bottled water that is purified by reverse osmosis? I have seen a distilled and reverse osmosis water with calcium chloride, sodium bicarbonate and magnesium sulfate. Are these additives ok?

    • Vivian Goldschmidt, MA

      Hi Toni,
Reverse osmosis water is an excellent second choice if distilled is not available. But the added minerals are not necessary. You can achieve the same results without buying expensive water by drinking steam distilled water with a few drops of lemon juice. The lemon juice is alkalizing and anionic (negatively charged), and thus helps drag the positively charged acidic residue molecules out of your body. 🙂

  16. Betty

Vivian, if we are already on the program, having purchased a package at an earlier date, do we qualify for the Report you mention. Thanks.

    • Customer Support

Betty, if you already have the Program, you’ll find the free report (The Missing Link) at the end of your book. It’s right after the Glossary. 🙂 If you can’t find it there, please send us an e-mail at Customer Support by clicking on the smiley face at the bottom of the page, and we’ll get it to you.

      • Betty

Thank you I will check my book for that.

  17. Barbara Woodward

I drink alkalized water and I’m very happy with it.

    • zara

Is natural Alkalised spring water the best?
The water I am drinking (and I drink a lot of it – around 2.5litres a day) has a ph value of 7.9 – I get it from Vitalsource in Australia.
Can’t quite get my head around the distilled water theory, as I had always believed it to be ok to only drink for a short time.
I prefer what nature has to offer 🙂

      • Vivian Goldschmidt, MA

Zara, it’s not a bad idea to drink a variety of pure water types. 🙂 You can drink spring water at times, and at other times distilled or reverse osmosis water. I don’t recommend alkalized water, though – water does not go through the digestive process like food does, and it gets mixed with stomach acid. 🙂

        • Zara

Ok, I understand – thank you.
Just also wanted to say a big thank to you for putting the Save Our Bones program together for us.
          It’s truly very much appreciated!
