The Associated Press revealed in August of 2008 that the drinking water of at least 41 million people in the United States is contaminated with pharmaceutical drugs.

With harmful chemicals like fluoride, chlorine, aluminum and more regularly found in water (even added on purpose for “safety”), you have to be smart about what you put in your body.
What Does Water Have to do With the Health of Your Bones?
Many studies, particularly in the 80’s and 90’s, were conducted to observe if fluoridation increases the risk of fractures. Indeed, the vast majority showed a relationship between fluoridation and an increase in bone fractures, especially hip fractures.
