I’m a retired elementary school teacher. I would find it difficult to purchase the Waterwisssse 8800 Countertop Distiller so I would be thrilled to win it. I recently stopped taking Actomel and I’m slowly withdrawing from Prilosec which could also have an adverse reaction with my bones. I have also started exercising and taking Citracal.
I wish an exercise routine could be developed for those with osteoporsis (like me). I saw your video of 2 exercises which I liked very much. I’m wondering if there are more. That would be a great exercise video if we can come up with a routine!

I receive an email from you everyday with good information in it. Keep up the good work of informing the public. We need more people like you getting the truth out to the public. With good nutrition, exercise and education, I feel we could put the drug companies out of business and everyone would be living a better quality of life. Good research coming out on alternatives to drugs for Cancer, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, MS, and Tesla’s energy work are all being touted by the people with more power which is very unfair to the US Citizens. Fluoride in the water is a good example also, affecting our thyroid gland and pineal glands.

After reading the many comments that have and will be left you must wish you had a thousand distillers to give away! Thank you for sharing your passion and your experience in helping others care for their bones. Distilled water is the best . I like mine with a little sliced cucumber.
I would LOVE to have a water distiller. I used to have one and the water tasted so delicious. When it died of old age I cried because I could no longer afford a new distiller because I lost my job. I had to settle for a water purifier I could afford but the water does not taste as wonderful as distilled. I will sing the haleluiah chourus if I am blessed with winning this wonderful distiller. My bones will sing too because I am fighting advanced osteoporosis at only 70.

I have been drinking a lot of water for some time now, thinking it was so good for me. After reading all of the info you provide I now realize that I need to change the type of water I drink in order to be really proactive about my health. Thank you so much for all of your advice. Like many others on your website, I was diagnosed with early onset osteopoenia a few years ago. The doctor prescribed Fosamax,which I had never heard about (therefore had no preconceptions about side effects). 2hours after taking the once a month pill I felt so ill. When I went to bed I warned my daughter to ‘phone the doctor if I got any worse. I felt exhausted and also felt as if I had been ‘hit by a bus’. In the morning my lips were swollen and both eyes were black, I was so sore.I can only put it down to Fosamax and have never touched it since.
What is frustrating is that when I informed the doctor (in order for her to contact the supplier or the company of serous side effects, she did not do so). It is still prescribed to people at the doctor’s practice.

I’m thrilled to have your recommendation for a good water distiller! Since I read your advice months ago, I have been purchasing distilled water and drinking it; did a little research on purchasing a distiller and everything I initially saw was so expensive that I couldn’t go that route, so have continued to purchase by the gallon. This one is still pretty pricey, but nothing compared to what I remember finding.
I’ve been thinking that using distilled from your dehumidifier would also give you good clear water. Would I be correct in this assumption?
