I’ve been drinking steam-distilled water since 1996 when I first read of its benefits in a natural health guide called Prescription for Nutritional Healing. I try to keep between 15 to 20 gallon jugs of it on hand. Every month I load them into my grocery cart, then into my car, then carry them down to my basement where they are stored until I need to bring one up to the refridgerator. This has been going on for 16 years. I would love to have the Waterwise 8800 Countertop Distiller for my kitchen and put an end to lugging heavy water jugs around!

Water purification is of utmost important to good health.
I read almost every e-mail I get from you. Though I have not been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia, I fear it because I haven’t drank or eaten high calcium containing drink or food since I was a baby. I will have my first BMD this month.
I am keenly aware of the importance of pure water but cannot afford to buy these items any time soon. I have wanted a shower filtration system for a long time and didn’t even know that there was such a thing as a home water distiller.
I live in southern Saskatchewan, Canada. We do not have good quality water as most of our fresh water lakes are far away from where we live.

I’m extremely concerned about the range of unhealthy and toxic chemicals ingested from tap water and their impact on our body especially our bones.I have chronic health problems which are a challenge and I think giving ourselves pure, clean water is one of the easiest and most important things we can do to improve out health. Afterall, isn’t our body 60 to 80% water!

Thank you so much for your article on distilled water. I am convinced that distilled water is the best water to drink. You can always add minerals if you feel the need to do so. I just can’t convince my husband that the distilled water is not pulling all the minerals out of my body. I even showed him your news letter.

I live in Christchurch New Zealand. Our water is reputed to be some of the purist water in the world. It comes from the Southern Alps and has nothing added what so ever.I have been on Fosamax for over twelve months but have discontinued on your recommendation and started your recommended amount of water intake about two weeks ago. It is early days yet but have experianced a slight improvement in my health so hope it continues to improve. I have not had any tea or coffee since. John

I like the Save Our Bones program because not only do I feel good, I also have lost weight, and combined with exercise, have lost inches as well. I do not think about calories (which I have done all my life) but more about the 80/20 balance.

It would be wonderful to win the distiller because then I could drink the purest water there is for my bone health. I only drink water for most of my meals. It makes my mouth water just thinking about how good that water will taste. Another benefit will be that it will help my bone health stay on target so that I don’t get osteoporosis.
