I will now drink distilled water as I know it is better for my bones. I also have to use distilled water in my respirator at night so it would be so much more convienent to make it at home and not worry about forgetting to buy it at the store. Dear Vivian, thank you so much for the information in your save your bones book. I was told that I had osteoporosis and started on Fosamax about 5 years ago. I only stayed on it for about 1 year after hearing about necrosis of the jaw from some people who had used different osteoporosis drugs. Would love to have a distiller. I drink lots of water but my frig filters are so expensive and bottled water is in plastic which concerns me. This would be perfect.
I bought your “Save Our Bones” book from an email solicitation that grabbed my attention. I am working hard to follow the 80% alkaline / 20% acidity rule in the foods I eat.

Thank you Vivian for all the useful information you have been providing. I have been using a water filtration system that does not filter out all the minerals. I think the water distiller would be better for me and would help continue to improve my bone density.
I am a 60 year old that was diagnosed to have bones of an 80 year old. That diagnosis really frigthen me tremendously. But felt very tempted to do as the doctor recommended and take the osteoporosis drugs. However, I was very grateful to find your website and ordered your program. My bone density has increased only slightly but I feel that I am on my way to better bone health and better overall health. Thank you.

I am so excited about this contest. My mother-in-law is 88 years old & has the hardest water I’ve ever seen. She has a huge distiller in her basement but she can no longer go up & down her steps without a lot of pain. I take her jugs of soft water so she can wash her hair without it turning yellow, & I fill her glass jugs with distilled water while I’m there. She is such a doll to let us fill a jug or two with distilled water to take home. She won’t be here forever though & my husband doesn’t want that “old” huge distiller in our home. I am so happy that there are people like you that are speaking out about how to really take care of our bones. I had polio and am unable to use my right leg resulting in osteoporous in that leg and osteopenia in the back. I was told to take Fosamax, but did a lot research and came across your site. I believe in trying to take care of yourself first. I will have another bone scan soon and hope it has improved, since I will be told again to use medications. I know that I feel better and am improving my lifestyle choices.

I love your program. Even though I have a hard time eating 80-20, my last bone density was my best ever. Osteopenia range. I am taking the AlgaeCal Plus, four a day. Our water is well water and we do have a softener. We had our water tested and they said it is every bit as good as bottled water, but according to you, that is not good enough. I have been disstilling my water since the 70’s and I can say that it is the only water I will drink. I am 65 years young and have no health problems, in fact doctors are always amazed that I have nothing to write in my medical fact sheet.
