If you cook or distill your drinking water….all dangerous bacteries, microbes and living matter will be killed and the remaining water is purified, but take a glass of this water…add 3 drops of 3% hydrogen peroxyde, foodgrade…….on your empty stomach 20 minutes before breakfast and within a fortnight you are a new human being full of oxygen and energy !

I am 75 years old and still living a very active life keeping up with my flower gardens and home as well as volunteering at our local Clothes Closet and my church.
I am not taking the bone hardening drugs my doctor wishes me to take but am trying to follow the suggestions offered by SaveOurBones. I am hoping that my next bone density test will show improvement or very little weakening of my bones.
My country that I love very much has the worst water in the world, it is full of arsenic, lead, calcium and other hazards. If you boil it in a kettle the kettle will turn white on the inside, if you keep doing this once per day, in less than a year the heating element will be so well covered it will not heat the water. We need to remove our shower heads for cleaning every week. The government answer to the problem is to tell everybody to buy bottled water, this we all do, my family of 3 spend at least $52 per week on bottled water. I also think the shower filter would be a great idea.

Try adding a steel pot scourer (not wire wool) to your kettle to cut down dramatically on the limescale build up on your kettle walls & element.

I have come to trust Vivian and the Save Our Bones program more than my own doctor! Why? At least two times, I have been told by my doctor’s staff that I know more about osteoporosis drugs and their affects than the doctor does! Frightening! I have been drinking Spring water for many years to help avoid blood clots plus impurities in city water, since I have a blood clotting disorder, anemia, and other health problems Drinking the purest water possible is critical to my health and anything I can do to maintain a healthy body would hopefully extend my life.
I have been following your newsletter for a couple of years at least! Our town water is hard. We’ve gone through four washing machines in 14 years due to its damaging effects on the pumps! We haven’t bothered to fix our dishwasher to my horror! He agreed to wash dishes (as I have psoriasis) & I put away, yes he is a modern man, a single father of a 4yr old daughter, & working full time, when we met in 1999. Currently, we just filter our drinking water. I suffer with fybromyalgia, chronic migraine headaches and since living here all have gotten worse, plus I now have the arthritic type psoriasis. I drink at least 6 glasses of water over the course of a day, plus the same in rooibos teas. A distiller would make all the difference not only for me, but the whole family!

I have been drinking a lot–about 1/2 gallon or more a day–of distilled water (bought at the grocery store), but I am worried about the plastic container. I was told by my doctor I needed to take something for my bones. I had read your stuff and knew better. I told my doctor I would not, she was very irritated and gave me samples. It was very disturbing to read that your body takes in so much chlorine from a one minute shower. Keep proving the medical profession wrong about osteoporosis and hopefully they should eventually get the message!
I’ve always been a big milk drinker and since I got your book, I’ve switched to delicious,unsweetened almond milk which contains lots of calcium. I’m wondering if the calcium that is added to this milk is better than getting it in pill form.
I have been trying to follow the Save Our Bones program (though peanut butter is the hardest for me to limit!) and have lost 25+ pounds. I think that I’ll have to buy a whole new wardrobe! I used to wear size 8 pants, but yesterday when I tried on size 4 pants they were rather loose. I don’t know when my next bone scan will be, but I’m expecting great news from the results. I would love to win this Waterwise package. I drink a lot of water as i believe it is good for your whole body especially your skin. to be able to drink and shower pure water is only a dream. We try to use as much rain water as possible but there are times when we need to use tap water. The smell of tap water is not nice and it makes you skin feel dry.

We used a distiller for a couple of years because our well did not pass the county water test for bacteria. It recently quit working. And we had to put in a new well. We have not yet replaced the distiller. We had a severe problem with mineral buildup in the machine. I would love to have another if that problem could be solved. Your machine looks very nice compared to the one we were using.
