I am learning allot from your program & I have always kept in touch with new nutrictional information since the “Adel Davis” era & at 75 am still learning. I used to drink only distilled water after my family & I suffered with smptoms from too many nitrat years ago in our well water – we lived in a rural tree farming area where all the wells were high in nitrates which gave us flu like smptom. We use use a carbon filter in our kitchen but we are concerned that it does not eliminate all the flouride added to the water.
Sometimes I just feel overwhelmed about all the things I have to do and all the things I have to avoid in order to stay healthy in our world, at this time.

I noticed from the literature that the distiller removes fluorides from the tap water. Since Santa Clara County is planning to flurodate the water supply in the near future, I belive that having the distiller would be very beneficial since the fluorides they are adding are very toxic and can carry aluninum into the brain.

I am very concerned at what is in our water.
I know where I live the calcium deposit is terrible on all our fixtures and you have to constantly clean them.

I have found that many of the suggestions for healthy bones are also good for better immunity for fighting off and/or avoiding other diseases such as breast cancer. I have had both osteopenia and breast cancer. Thank you for taking the time to research and report your findings to us.
