Thanks for all of your encouragement. I have been told I have Osteoporosis, but I continue building up my body with good food and supplements! In fact repaired a torn meniscus with supplements and avoided arthroscopy. My daughter had been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Lyme Disease and with RO water and supplements and very careful eating she has improved. I got a Kangen water unit thinking it would do everything that testimonies promised, but we did not have the results we were hoping for. She is moving to Georgia with her husband who is in the army. I would really like her to be able to take a water distiller with her. Again, thanks for all you do to promote good health.

I was raised in an area, where there was local spring/mineral water and I miss that now. I now know that this water is not ideal for bones and I do prefer distilled water perhaps with a little bit of juice.

I enjoy reading your articles concerning health and Wellbeing. They are informative and simple to follow.
At 90 years of age I still have an impossible task daily to try and drink water. My doctor says, flavor it, but drink 6 to 8 glasses a day. I read about Distillers, use them or don’t use them. You are drinking dead water.
Another one says drink only alkaline water, another one, don’t drink alkaline water. I have a R/O system under the sink and need to have the filters checked every so often. I still don’t drink water. Until I started to read Vivians e-mails I really wasn’t sure which or what kind of water I should drink. I have a real Bone problem and even at my elderly age I realize I need to drink more water. I have a well, water conditioner and the R/O system. What about the natural chemicals I am losing? Have been following the Save our Bones plan for the past 3-4 years. My Osteoporosis improved to Osteopenia. My physician was amazed! I love reading all the success stories! I still have a questions though. I read “Save Our Bone” and loved it and am following it but I had breast cancer and the Oncologist has me on Letrozole once a day (2.4mg). I have taken it for three years. The Oncologist says I must stay on this for 3 years and, of course, it thins the bones. Should I stay on this? Any advice will be appreciated.

I have been following your program for some time now and also doing a “Better Bones” program and Yoga at our local Senior Center. Also do some of the exercises you recommend at Home. I feel that my core strength has improved immensely. I have no discomfort whatsoever. I will have another Bone Density in December and am hoping it will be improved. Will keep you posted.

I had never heard of anything called a water distiller until reading this article. I started buying distilled water after reading your article on the benefits instead of just buying water in bottles to take with me when I left the house. Now it is all I drink. I wish the unit were more affordable for me as I am retired for many years and my husband and I are, of course, on a fixed income. Since I started your program I have been buying gallons of distilled water every week. I hate to think what I am doing to the landfills with all those plstic jugs but have not been able to save up for a distiller yet. There is so much pollution to our systems (including the additives to our food, and even the medication meant to heal us of our ailments), it behoves us to be mindful of our intake of all substances – food, pharmaceuticals, and especially our water (whether directly of in our beverages and cooking), since we are so much composed of water.
