Today I’m bringing you some truly revolutionary news. For the first time ever, scientists at the World Congress on Osteoporosis, agreed on a drug-free method for “treating” osteoporosis.
It’s called osteogenic loading, and it’s based on principles established by the Osteoporosis Reversal Program from the get-go.

Obviously, this is a significant event in itself. But the amazing part is what they “discovered” this year.
The Search For The Perfect Osteoporosis “Cure”
Because mainstream medicine considers osteoporosis a disease, symposiums and educational events are aimed at finding a cure that involves the quest for the “right” drug.
Unfortunately, osteoporosis drugs cause more harm than good. Even when they appear to “work,” the apparent increase in bone density that may occur after a course of drugs is simply the result of the drug’s tampering with healthy bone remodeling.
The most popular osteoporosis drugs stop bone from shedding bone cells. Ostensibly, this seems like a good way to prevent loss of bone density; but what this approach fails to take into account is that the shedding of old bone cells is essential for new, healthy bone cells to take their place. Forcing the bone to “hold on” to worn-out bone that should be shed is a recipe for thick, brittle bones that appear denser in DXA scans, but are more prone to fracture.
Plus these drugs have awful side effects. In fact, no osteoporosis drug currently in the market is safe.
Yet this has not stopped Big Pharma and Mainstream Medicine from trying to come up with a miracle drug for osteoporosis…until now. Fortunately, the tide might be turning.
The 2015 WCO Offers Hope Of A Drug-Free Approach Going Mainstream
This is the first time ever that the WCO, which has been meeting for 17 years, has focused on a non-pharmaceutical protocol for osteoporosis.
The topic they explored was not supplementation with calcium (as you might expect), but rather, the effects of high-impact and low-impact stimulus on bone development (in other words, exercise!).
Specifically, the scientists studied the effects of the recently-developed bioDensity system, a large, rather elaborate device that positions the body to receive compressive force in key areas of the skeleton. About a year and a half ago I went to a local chiropractor who specialized in back pain. He advertised in our local paper biodensity. I signed up for this program and proceeded to come in once a week. I saw graphs showing my loading progess. I thought this would help my bone density. I was wrong. It simply was not enough. My dexa showed my wrist lost significant ground, hip and spine also lost some. This doctor told me everyone in the program was improving. Not me. I stopped wasting my money and time and kicked into a higher gear of weight bearing exercise and aerobic exercise. My next decade is in July and I feel confident I will see results. I am 57 years old and I feel great.

This is great news, if it’s recommended maybe eventually insurance might cover this, for now I do my best with the exercises. I did find when I used a gym the leg press did increase my pelvic/ femur density but I don’t have one now, could you tell me which of your exercises is the best substitute so I can be sure and never skip that one.

Yes, please give a link to the conference’s paper/abstract. It makes it much more believable and helps when we have to stand up to medical professionals who only believe other medicos and their findings. If it’s too vague (“I read it on line”) it’s not in their language. Please provide the link to help all of us.

Just hours before I read above Email from you I threw away all Osteoporosis material held over past 25 years when I first visited an Osteoporosis Doctor and was advised to take medication.
Instead I followed your methods and food regimes I have taken no medications, kept up the exercise, also gym, Tai Chi and plenty walking. I have given others your address in Australia. A very big “thank you” .

Wow, after reading these comments, I really love my doctor. I knew what she would say when I took the test results to her; she is a doctor trained by doctors who know one thing: medicine. My new doctor was not impressed that I won’t take drugs for osteoporosis. She said ‘so you prefer to take the risk?” I told her I thought the drugs were more of a risk!

Very interesting what you report about the World Congress on Osteoporosis. I was disappointed to note that there were no links to first hand information about what you say the world congress was “heralding.” Please give us at least the number of the abstract you read, or at least more specific information so we can get firsthand information.
This is hardly new science……they have known for years that weight work and stressing the bone, builds bone. A baseball pitcher’s arm has heavier bone than his non-pitching arm……learned that 40 years ago. This is just another way to get people’s money…..
